Business Plans

Since, Inc. is a business plan-generating site, we give you the opportunity of putting your business plan in our database. There are two ways of doing this:

You can store your business plan in our database, but not allow it to be searchable by potential lenders and venders. Not allowing your business plan to be searchable means that you can use it to apply for a loan online, but lenders and venders will not have access to search it through our business plan database.
If you allow your business plan to be searchable, then all parties with access to our searchable business plan database (or copies thereof) will have access to your resume.
We attempt to limit access to our searchable business plan database (or copies thereof) only to qualifying lenders and venders, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use made of business plans by third parties who access such business plans while they are in our searchable database. You may remove your business plan from our searchable database by notifying us and working with us. However, others who have had access to that database or had access to make a copy of that database, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your business plan in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of business plans in these instances.
